Feast of St Joseph

Today (Friday 19th March) is St. Joseph’s feast day and we have been remembering him during our class collective worships.

St. Joseph, teach us to listen for God's voice in the silence of our dreams.
Help us to open the ears of our hearts, and respond to God's call, even if that means changing our own plans.
St. Joseph, help us to love and cherish our families as you loved Mary and Jesus.
As members of the Christian family help us to see all people as brothers and sisters. 
May we treat everyone with respect and compassion as you taught Jesus to treat those whom he met.
Then, let us be sent forth, as you were, to serve God the Father’s will with courage, humility and love.
