Science Week
We've had an amazing Science Week. Every pupil was treated to a half hour session using a VR headset to explore the solar system this week - a big thank you to the PTA for funding this! And, a huge thank you to Mr and Mrs Savanji, who worked with Year 6 to explore the properties and uses of graphene.
Thanks also to Mrs Ogden and her helpers for setting up an array of great fun, homemade science experiments for the whole school to play with, including a giant bubble maker, robotic scribble pots, a large catapult, rocket launchers, and a chance to experiment with magnets, balloons, cornflour and ice, all going to prove that we can experiment using simple inexpensive items in our own homes and gardens.
